Overview, Progress, and Vision
We are Prompt Tools LLC, a minority-owned San Antonio – Austin, Texas-based company doing business as Prompt Video initially focused on storytelling and sales growth for the 27% (approx. 2 million) of the 7.6 million small business owners in the United States with under 20 employees but over $200,000 in gross annual sales. We’re realizing any one can find value in Prompt Video to source video content and customer feedback!
It’s been months since Gurk Gulati and Angel Zuniga Martinez met and began their journey on December 10, 2021, at the Techstars Startup Weekend hosted at Geekdom, a collaborative coworking space, and community located in the heart of the Tech District in Downtown San Antonio, Texas.
We also retained Silicon Valley Bank as we bootstrap our venture and Vela Wood as our startup attorney. Attorney Pete Adams handles our trademark and patent pending technology as part of our IP strategy.
Prompt Video found the insight from community at 2022 SXSW Conference & Festivals in launching key iteration of the app towards it’s present purpose and value. Beta testing a both Geekdom and Capital Factory have also been very important.

Funding Status and Needs
Prompt Video is opening a $500,000 SAFE (simple agreement for future equity) round of funding upon release of the app in the Apple store in July 2022. We are actively seeking appointments with strategic mentors and angel investors with track records driving growth at other startups in the martech, B2B, SaaS, video, media, and entertainment spaces.
